We’re proud to share that we’ve achieved the Bronze Award in the UK Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme

(ERS). This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community — including serving personnel, veterans, reservists and military families.

The ERS Bronze Award is given to organisations that pledge, demonstrate and advocate support to defence and the Armed Forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.

What this means for our business

Being recognised at Bronze level is an important milestone, but it’s also a starting point. We’re committed to creating an inclusive, supportive workplace and to taking practical steps that make a real difference — from understanding the unique skills and experiences service leavers bring, to supporting reservists and encouraging the wider team to recognise the value of the Armed Forces community.

We’ve applied for the Silver Award

We’re pleased to confirm that we’ve now applied to progress to the Silver Award. Silver recognises employers who actively demonstrate forces-friendly policies in the workplace and advocate support to defence across their local community and networks.

We’ll share updates as our application progresses. In the meantime, we’d like to thank everyone who has supported us on this journey — and we remain committed to doing our part to uphold the Armed Forces Covenant.
