Careers at Swaye Solar and Electrical

Why join Swaye

Swaye is growing because customers keep asking us back — not because we buy leads and disappear. We are a South Devon electrical and solar company based in Ivybridge. The work is real roofs, real boards and real people, from homes and holiday lets to farms and small businesses.

Who we want

Skilled electricians, solar installers, roofers, electrical installers and labourers, and people who want to grow into those roles. You do not need to know every inverter on day one. You do need to be tidy, honest, and proud of the job when the customer walks back in.

If that sounds like you, we would rather talk than make you fill in a 12-page form.
