MATCH MILL BUSINESS PARK
COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL UNITS DEVELOPMENT
We are currently developing a tired unused site, which had been derelict for some time, into a thriving commercial business park. We have provided our services for the ongoing maintenance of the site, as well as a top of the range CCTV security system, L.E.D and emergency lighting throughout, as well as office and warehouse installations. We have installed three phase supplies to all new units, with some benefiting from new showroom and office lighting as well as roller shutter doors and external power supplies. The service we have provided on this site covers all landlords supplies as well as the businesses that utilize the site. We have a great working relationship with all involved in the project and continue to work on the site as more and more commercial units come into use.
PLYMOUTH PROPERTY
FULL HOME REFURBISHMENT
A recent project we were proud to be part of was a full home refurbishment in Plymouth. We carried out a full rewire of the property with extensive works including a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, an intruder alarm system and fire alarm set up. We provided detailed drawings and assisted the client with the choice of suites and fixtures and fittings. A new distribution board was installed, as well as energy saving L.E.D lighting throughout, ventilation, new power outlets and tv ports in each room. We were involved in every stage of the refurbishment and good communication allowed the job to flow, without any issues. The appropriate testing procedures were carried out at the end of the project to allow the works to be certificated and signed off with building control.
HOLY CROSS PRIMARY SCHOOL
MAIN HALL L.E.D DISCO LIGHTING AND SOUND
We worked alongside a company called Imattination on this project. Together we organised and carried out works at a newly adapted church being developed into a school main hall and classroom area. We created a top of the range colour changing L.E.D system which boasts a glass touch screen controller. A variety of lighting programs are available to allow the school to choose their type of use, from passive, calming functions, to energetic disco nights. We also provided the main hall with speaker and data services which are all controlled from one main hub, easily controlled by the users.
NEWQUAY BARN CONVERSION
FULL REFURBISHMENT
We have recently been chosen to carry out the electrical installation, inspection and testing of a 200 year old barn conversion. We worked with the clients and the team of tradesmen efficiently to create a new home for the couple. We integrated stylish L.E.D lighting with classic dimmable functionality to create a bright and modern feel to what was a dark and cold space. We also installed a media station with HDMI and USB outlets to allow for seamless operating between various consoles and on demand services. We helped create a beautiful bathroom and kitchen / diner, with creative lighting, functional ventilation and variable switching methods. A glass porch area with automatic L.E.D lighting finishes this beautiful project off, giving the old stone building a touch of class.
